Payday period, the 50/30/20 budget split and the Telegram bot

Payday Period

Every summary and budget is calculated per period, from payday until the day before the next payday.

Payday (day of month)

Tracking Start

The day you started recording transactions. Insights and warnings ignore anything before it, so recurring bills due earlier and empty past periods are not flagged.

Start date

Leave empty to count everything.

Budget Split

The 50/30/20 rule: 50% needs, 30% wants and 20% savings of your income. Adjust it if you like, the total must be 100%.
